Here’s our new Mayor, just elected in May, seated at the entrance to City Hall. Constructed quickly as one of a series of portraits, it’s basic Rule of Thirds, (face at one of the power points), run a diagonal (the bench he’s seated on) at the camera, and try to get him to light up, which he readily did.
